简介
“陈氏太极双锏”是陈氏太极套路中的双器械之一，“双锏”多以打、压、砸、挡、戳等锏法为主，同时结合陈氏太极拳功法，编出来的双锏套路。此套路对练习太极拳的功架、周身协调一致有很好的帮助，同时也可以加强攻防意识。由于对身法的要求较高，所以要想练好此套路，必须有较好的拳术功架方可习练。Double mace movements are mainly beating, pressing, pounding, blocking and poking. And it’s created on the basis of Taijiquan. This form helps to improve the co-ordination of your whole body. It can advance your awareness of attacking. Due to its high requirement on body co-ordination, it is suggested that you learn it after mastering fairly good quan skill.
