简介
《医务人员中高级英语》可供具有中级英语水平的各类医务人员，如住院医、主治医、进修生、科研人员等或已通过大学英语四级考试预备参加大学英语六级考试，EPT、WHO、LPT、TOEFL、CRE等，以及预备参加人事部职称A级和B级的各类考生和医务人员使用，本教材也适合于医药院校的研究生使用。
全书共分20个单元。每个单元又分4个部分：第一部分，精读课文和配之配套的练习。第二部分，医学英语翻译。第三部分，医学英语词汇及部分。第四部分。实用医学英语写作及练习和应试指南及练习。我们设计和编写本书的第二和第三部分，特别是第四部分的主要目的是使本书更具实用性，真正帮助学生更好地提高实际应用语言的能力。
每个单元的第一部分中的精读课文内容丰富、题材广泛、体裁多样。既有涉及近年来医药卫生领域热点问题的文章，又有生命科学的最新科研成果的报道。素材均精选自国外最新出版的书刊资料和国际互联网上的最新资料。还特别精选了部分英美文学中的名篇佳作。它们语言优美、文笔流畅，对激发学生学习英语的兴趣，开阔眼界，提高语言素质和鉴赏能力都有很好的效果。
